Our design team, which now consists of 60 creative and talented individuals, is looking for like-minded people. We are experts at converting ideas, business goals, and requirements into highly efficient, easy-to-use products for dozens of clients worldwide. 

We love taking on challenges and taking responsibility for the entire product design process. We deliver top-notch web, mobile, and even custom-tailored embedded interfaces using a wide range of existing tools, techniques, and approaches with the addition of custom illustrations, 3D and motion graphics, AR/VR experiences, etc.

• Produce complex, advanced, and non-trivial creative design concepts and ideas for various domains. Offer eye-catching and consistent solutions 

  Provide creative vision and generate visual ideas from scratch 

  Negotiate project requirements and business objectives of the project with the client/team 

  Understand project goals and converting them into high-quality creative solutions 

  Deliver projects on time according to the task description and technical constraints 

  Proactively predict and communicate risks to meet the defined goals and timelines 

  Be a proactive part of a creative design team by sharing ideas and suggesting improvements to processes and approaches 

  Actively explore and apply AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.) to enhance concept development and delivery 

• At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience with creative UI design  

  Ability to present your ideas and justify design decisions 

  Ability to consistently produce creative, non-trivial concepts independently 

  Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English for communication and task clarification 

  Ability to work fast, think fast, and respect your time and the time of others 

  Openness to experimenting with modern design tools and workflows, including AI-based solutions 

  Strong ability to effectively communicate design positions and negotiate solutions 

  Would be a plus: 

  Knowledge of motion design basics, as well as the ability to work with storyboards and animation principles 

  Knowledge of 3D and motion design 

  Hands-on experience with creating 3D scenes (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.) 

  Understanding of GPU rendering (Octane, RedShift, or others) 

  Experience with 2D or 3D animation, including rigging, motion choreography, and animation styles 

  Video editing experience (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) 

  Illustration and character design skills 

  Experience working alongside Graphic/UI Designers
