The Creative Director – Automotive Sales Training is a senior leader responsible for shaping and delivering high-impact sales training programs that improve dealership performance and customer experience. This role blends strategy, instructional design, and hands-on creative development—leading the vision while actively contributing to the creation of engaging, performance-driven learning solutions. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders to translate business priorities into compelling training and coaching experiences across facilitated, digital, and video-based learning.
 
What You’ll Do
Define and drive the overall sales training strategy, aligned to business goals, dealer performance, and brand standards
Partner with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and design scalable, results-driven training solutions
Lead the design and development of ILT, virtual, and video-based training content
Create high-impact presentations and visual storytelling assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite
Ensure training programs are engaging, practical, and aligned to real dealership and customer scenarios
Oversee curriculum development across roles, ensuring consistency and scalability
Present program strategies, updates, and results to stakeholders at all levels
Establish quality standards and continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance data
Drive innovation by incorporating modern learning practices and technologies
 
What Makes You a Great Fit
6+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, or training strategy, ideally in automotive sales or dealer environments
Experience developing sales enablement or dealer-facing training programs
Strong background in creative development with hands-on experience building presentations and visual content
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video tools, and PowerPoint
Deep understanding of adult learning principles and performance-based training
Strong communication and executive presence—comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority
Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Passion for developing people and improving dealership performance
