Creative Performance Designer (E-commerce / Dropshipping)

• Create high-converting ad creatives (static + AI UGC video)

• Turn product ideas into scroll-stopping concepts

• Work with hooks, emotions, and angles

• Improve and iterate on winning creatives

• Help us test and scale products across EU & US markets

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:

• You think in terms of CTR, CPC, conversions — not just design

• You understand attention (or want to master it)

• You’re curious, resourceful, and willing to figure things out

• You can execute fast and adapt based on results

You don’t need to be perfect — but you need to be hungry.
