We are looking for a highly proactive, AI-driven Credit Analyst / Operations Associate who thrives on solving problems, improving workflows, and finding smarter ways to operate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
1. Credit Execution & Lending Operations
Draft credit approvals, valuation instructions, loan document instructions, and credit papers within agreed SLAs

Conduct due diligence checks including credit, Google, RP Data, and supporting verification processes

Escalate adverse findings and operational risks proactively

Support loan processing and lending operations activities

Assist with pre-settlement and customer support overflow where required

Deliver high-quality work while operating in a fast-paced environment

Success Metrics:
≥95% of tasks completed within SLA

Fast turnaround times and strong execution quality

Accurate credit and loan documentation

Strong judgment and proactive escalation

High reliability and ownership

2. AI, Automation & Process Improvement
Identify repetitive tasks and manual workflows that can be automated or streamlined

Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other automation platforms to improve productivity and operational efficiency

Create workflows, prompts, templates, trackers, and systems that reduce manual work

Improve turnaround times, communication workflows, and operational processes

Continuously contribute ideas to help the business scale more effectively

Success Metrics:
Reduced manual workload across the team

Faster and more efficient operations

AI-driven workflow improvements implemented

Increased productivity and operational leverage

Strong contribution to continuous improvement initiatives

3. Customer Service & Stakeholder Support
Manage and respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly

Deliver clear, confident, and high-quality communication

Help improve customer service processes and internal documentation

Success Metrics:
Customer enquiries responded to within agreed SLAs

Strong stakeholder feedback

Consistent and professional communication

Improved customer experience and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements
Previous experience in lending operations, mortgages, finance operations, broker support, customer support, or similar operational environments

Experience creating effective prompts and AI-assisted workflows

Ability to leverage AI for drafting, analysis, documentation, and operational support

Actively uses AI tools daily to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and support operational decision-making.

Strong systems and process thinking capability

Strong attention to detail and ability to execute accurately at speed

Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-performance environments

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organised, resourceful, and proactive
