Annual Compensation Range: $120,000K - $130,000K, Full-Time, Benefit Eligible

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Solutions Architect IV to lead the architecture, customization, integration, and optimization of enterprise CRM solutions that align with business objectives and user needs.

In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, development teams, and enterprise application leaders to deliver innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that drive operational excellence and business transformation.

What You’ll Do

Design and implement scalable CRM architecture solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365

Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance to development teams

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications

Oversee CRM customizations, integrations, workflows, and automation initiatives

Guide the integration of CRM systems with enterprise applications and external data sources

Develop and maintain architecture documentation, workflows, operational procedures, and technical standards

Ensure CRM solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements

Provide mentorship and technical leadership to CRM developers and engineers

Coordinate implementation activities, testing, deployment, and system validation

Recommend enhancements and continuous improvement opportunities across business applications

Follow software development lifecycle (SDLC) and program development best practices

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365

Strong experience with:

C# Plugins

Actions & Workflows

JavaScript customization and development

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Power Platform technologies including:

Power Automate (Flows)

PowerApps

Dataverse

Experience integrating CRM systems with enterprise applications and third-party platforms

Familiarity with Git/GitHub and source control best practices

Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Experience gathering, documenting, and translating user requirements

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills

Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and collaboration skills

Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent professional experience

Experience mentoring or leading technical teams and project initiatives

Strong project management lifecycle knowledge

Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
