Role Description
We are hiring a Crypto Trading Analyst to support market analysis, trading insights, and strategy development across cryptocurrency and digital asset markets. This is a full-time, paid role focused on analyzing price movements, monitoring liquidity conditions, and contributing to structured, data-driven trading strategies.
The role involves evaluating market trends, understanding token ecosystem dynamics, and supporting insights that inform both trading and broader Web3 growth strategies. The ideal candidate has strong familiarity with crypto markets and understands trading behavior, volatility, and risk management.
Responsibilities
Analyze cryptocurrency markets, price movements, and trading activity across major exchanges
Monitor liquidity conditions, volatility, and order flow within digital asset markets
Identify potential trading opportunities using structured and data-driven approaches
Support development and refinement of trading strategies
Track trends across token ecosystems, DeFi protocols, and blockchain infrastructure
Evaluate market sentiment and ecosystem developments impacting asset performance
Prepare reports and summaries on trading activity and market conditions
Collaborate with team members on trading, research, and strategy initiatives
Qualifications
Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital asset markets
Experience or familiarity with crypto trading platforms, charting tools, or analytics software
Understanding of market structure, volatility, and risk management principles
Familiarity with DeFi protocols or Web3 ecosystems is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation
Salary range: CAD 95,000 - CAD 140,000 per year depending on experience
