Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Growth
Recruit, train, and develop a team of remote sales agents

Provide hands-on coaching and performance support

Foster a motivated, accountable, and results-oriented team culture

Sales Strategy & Execution
Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and consistency

Monitor individual and team performance metrics and provide actionable feedback

Lead by example through direct sales activity when appropriate

Client Relationship Management
Ensure a high standard of professionalism and client satisfaction

Support team members in navigating complex sales conversations

Strengthen long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals

Training & Continuous Development
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance skills and effectiveness

Communicate industry updates, regulatory requirements, and best practices

Identify skill gaps and implement targeted coaching plans
 
Lead by Example

Conduct virtual consultations with clients to explain benefit options and assist with enrollment.

Provide personalized service and tailored recommendations based on individual client needs.

Address questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and attention to detail.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.

Expand your professional network using outreach and referral strategies.

Manage your schedule effectively to meet team and client goals.

Qualifications
Proven experience leading a sales team, preferably within life insurance or financial services

Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and adjust strategy

Self-motivated and comfortable managing a fully remote team
