Position: (CSR)- Customer Service Representative - Hybrid / Remote Position within the Mountain Time Zone

Office Location: Queen Creek, Arizona

Schedule: Part-time - Sunday through Wednesday, 11am to 8pm. Off Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with inquiries and schedule service appointments

- Provide product and service information with a friendly and professional attitude

- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively

- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

- Previous customer service experience preferred- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software- ServiceTitan
