CSR / Dispatcher – Home Services (Remote)

Royal House Partners is growing, and we’re looking for a driven CSR/DSR (Customer Service Representative / Dispatch Service Representative) to join our team!

This dual-role position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance customer experience with operational execution.

Schedule:
• Thursday – Sunday
• 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM CST
• 100% Remote

What you’ll do:
• Manage inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Schedule and dispatch service calls across multiple trades
• Coordinate with technicians to keep the board tight and optimized
• Ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience from start to finish

What we’re looking for:
• Strong experience with ServiceTitan
• Ability to work across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical trades
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Confident communicator with a positive, upbeat tone
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
