Position: Customer Service Representative (Remote – PH-Based)

Location: Tustin, Orange County, CA (US-based) – Remote for overseas applicants

Job Type: Part-Time (approx. 25 hours per week to start, will grow quickly)

About the Company:

We are a rapidly growing Tesla and EV repair shop based in Tustin, Orange County, CA. We specialize in high-quality repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics for Tesla owners and other EV drivers who care about their cars as much as we do. We’re expanding and looking for a detail-oriented, friendly, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team and help deliver a premium experience to our customers. This role is remote and ideal for candidates in the Philippines who can work during our U.S. business hours, roughly 10:00 AM–2:00 PM PST (about 25 hours per week to start, with the opportunity to increase hours as we grow).

Role Overview:

As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll handle calls, schedule appointments, book jobs, send invoices and estimates, and assist with general admin work that keeps the shop running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional, friendly manner

Schedule appointments and repair jobs, and input/update customer information in our CRM

Prepare and send estimates, invoices, and follow-up communications

Coordinate with our technicians to ensure accurate scheduling and smooth job flow

Provide status updates to customers regarding their vehicle

Handle basic administrative tasks related to daily operations

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects our standards and values

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service, dispatcher, or admin role (automotive, repair, or other service-based industry is a plus)

Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation and a professional tone

Strong phone presence: confident, friendly, and patient

Fast and accurate typing skills with high attention to detail

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Comfortable using CRM or booking/scheduling tools

Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Calendar)

Ability to work independently while being a reliable part of a remote team

Stable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment

Ability to work consistently during the core hours of approximately 10:00 AM–2:00 PM PST
