**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
* Resolving issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to senior team members when necessary
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 1 year of Call Center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* 6 months of Customer Service experience, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
* Basic typing/computer experience, with excellent navigational skills and the ability to learn new software applications quickly
