The role involves delivering best-in-class support for technical issues, hosting webinars, and contributing to scalable internal processes.
Responsibilities
- Delivering best in class support for all technical issues our users may face
- Hosting webinars and office hours
- Contributing to make our internal processes and -structures scalable
- Enabling our Product Team to gain a better understanding of the user experience
Skills
- You have a university degree and work experience in a customer-facing role in startup and/or tech-related environments
- You quickly understand new tools and troubleshoot even complex technical problems efficiently and proficiently
- Genuine curiosity about AI and new technologies, with an eagerness to learn how they can enhance customer experience
- You clearly communicate solutions to customers, showing empathy and patience, and you are dedicated to providing excellent service
- You work effectively with team members and share knowledge
- You prioritize tasks and resolve issues within set timelines and quickly adapt to changes in products and workflows

- Experience with quality assurance in customer service and compliance monitoring is a plus
