  • Answering Calls:

    • Utilize Pinnacle or Amtelco platforms effectively to manage incoming calls and ensure accurate handling of inquiries.
    • Provide comprehensive support to callers by understanding their needs, answering questions, and offering accurate information.
    • Direct callers' questions and complaints to the appropriate department or individual, ensuring swift resolution and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Appointment Setting:
    • Ensure a thorough understanding of customer accounts prior to taking calls and raise concerns before calls go live.
    • Schedule consultations between callers and clients, ensuring appointments are set with the right person, for the correct reason, and for the appropriate duration.
    • Maintain proper procedures for every account, ensuring timely and accurate dispatching of appointment bookings.
    • Deliver great customer experiences while efficiently processing appointments.
  • Customer Service:
    • Maintain high standards of customer service, promoting a positive and professional customer experience.
    • Quickly assess and understand various caller situations, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills to address their needs.
  • Quality Assurance:

Requirements: Skills and Qualifications for Success at blithequark
