- Utilize Pinnacle or Amtelco platforms effectively to manage incoming calls and ensure accurate handling of inquiries.
- Provide comprehensive support to callers by understanding their needs, answering questions, and offering accurate information.
- Direct callers' questions and complaints to the appropriate department or individual, ensuring swift resolution and overall customer satisfaction.
- Appointment Setting:
- Ensure a thorough understanding of customer accounts prior to taking calls and raise concerns before calls go live.
- Schedule consultations between callers and clients, ensuring appointments are set with the right person, for the correct reason, and for the appropriate duration.
- Maintain proper procedures for every account, ensuring timely and accurate dispatching of appointment bookings.
- Deliver great customer experiences while efficiently processing appointments.
- Customer Service:
