                             Accountabilities                                                        Scope of work 

  • Sales Volume

    To achieve the monthly sales volume target as per Annual Operating Plan decided by the management. This will include the following:

    Volume target for the month

    YAGO (Year Ago) for the month

    AOP percentage growth for the month 

    Distributor wise target for the month

    Market Execution

    Ensure all the Racks/Visi/Product placement against according to the market execution plan

    Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability and regular rotation of products in the outlets

    Ensure maximum in-store visibility by continuously monitoring the stock placement in the assigned outlets

    Outlet Addition in the territory

    To ensure Urban hub and spokes additions as per the plan by regularly monitoring the following parameters:

    Key outlets additions

    Visi placement 

    New accounts opened

    Distributor Handling

    Review & ensure distributor stock against norms by conducting Physical Verification

    Timely review Distributor systems & stock and resolve issues in the market (if any)

    Training & Development

    Training PSRs to handle accounts independently by ensuring PSR training man-days are as per the plan

    Also monitoring PSR attrition
