**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Handling inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities with a high level of professionalism and empathy
* Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
* Providing accurate and up-to-date information on our services and policies
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* At least 1 year of call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

* Basic typing and computer skills, with excellent navigational abilities

* Residency in the State of Rhode Island
