Job Overview

As a Customer Experience Chat Specialist, you'll be the face of our company, engaging in online conversations with customers and representing our automotive dealer clients in a favorable manner. Your primary goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Key Responsibilities
