As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll be at the heart of our customer service operations, delivering first-class support in every interaction. In our dynamic call center environment, you'll serve as a troubleshooter, product expert, billing specialist, and customer advocate—all within a single conversation. You'll be the front line of our commitment to superior customer service, helping customers navigate their technical needs, billing inquiries, and service requests with ease and confidence.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Inbound Call Management: Professionally answer incoming calls from customers and promptly respond to requests regarding installation, disconnection, service changes, and questions about arenaflex products and services.
  • Needs Assessment & Product Positioning: Identify customer needs through active listening and proactively offer appropriate arenaflex products and services that enhance their connectivity experience.
  • Account Management: Contact customers via phone or written correspondence concerning past due payments, payment arrangements, and account updates with patience and professionalism.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to service quality, billing discrepancies, rate questions, adjustments, and policy matters with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Service Order Accuracy: Verify service order completeness and accuracy, making necessary corrections and changes to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by business needs, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to customer availability.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation in our customer relationship management system.
  • Product Knowledge Mastery: Continuously develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products, services, pricing, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Quality Assurance: Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, resolution rates, and sales conversions.
