At Sport Alliance, we help fitness and wellness businesses scale through digital solutions. We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Consultant to lead customers through onboarding, implementation, and go-live while turning operational needs into scalable platform solutions.

In this role, you will act as a trusted partner throughout the onboarding journey — guiding customers through configuration, migration, and adoption while supporting the growth of our Spanish-speaking customer base.

Your Position in Our Team

Lead customers through onboarding, implementation, training, migration, and go-live phases

Conduct onboarding deep dives and configuration workshops to understand customer workflows and business needs

Translate operational requirements into scalable and stable system configurations

Advise customers on platform best practices and implementation decisions

Deliver structured trainings that enable successful and independent platform adoption

Ensure high-quality configurations and stable implementations before go-live

Support customers during migration, onboarding, and hypercare activities

Collaborate closely with Project Management, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams

Document onboarding decisions, configurations, and open topics

Independently manage smaller onboarding projects end-to-end

Your Profile
2+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, consulting, customer-facing, or software support roles, ideally in SaaS or platform environments

Strong communication, facilitation, and customer-facing skills

Ability to understand operational workflows and translate them into scalable system solutions

Confidence in advising customers and recommending suitable solutions

Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven way of working

Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally

Fluent Spanish, English, and German skills, written and spoken

Experience with migrations, Zendesk, or enterprise customer environments is a plus

Your salary

PLN 12,500–16,500 gross/month

The final offer depends on experience, skills, and overall fit.
