PI Midlantic is looking for a passionate Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Annapolis. This full-time, remote position offers a unique opportunity to lead our customer engagement strategies within the Staffing and Recruiting industry, enhancing the overall client experience.
As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met with excellence. You will be responsible for developing and implementing customer retention strategies, analyzing customer feedback, and collaborating with various teams to optimize service delivery. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Identify and address customer needs and concerns promptly
Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
Manage customer accounts and track performance metrics
Conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction and gather insights
Prepare reports on customer relationship activities and outcomes

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar role
Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret customer data
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
