<p>Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking dedicated and professional Inbound Customer Service Representatives to support government-based programs across security, health & human services, and state benefits.</p>

As a member of our team, you will serve as a trusted point of contact-providing support, guidance, and resolution to individuals who rely on these services every day.</p>
<p><strong>Start Date:</strong> June 15, 2026<br>Initial training will take place during your first two weeks.</p>
<p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p>
<p>In this role, you will manage inbound customer interactions and provide timely, accurate support across a variety of service areas. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism while ensuring each interaction is handled with care and efficiency.</p>
<p>Responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Answering inbound calls and providing a positive, solution-oriented customer experience</li>
<li>Assisting with basic technical troubleshooting and initiating support tickets as needed</li>
<li>Scheduling appointments at designated service locations</li>
<li>Accurately documenting all customer interactions, including inquiries, concerns, and resolutions</li>
<li>Conducting follow-up calls to ensure issues are resolved and customers remain informed</li>
<li>Delivering consistent, high-quality service in a structured environment</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a remote setting.</p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred</li>
<li>Prior customer service experience, particularly in call-driven environments</li>
<li>Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly</li>
<li>Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Ability to successfully complete an extensive credentialing and background check process</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply</li>

<li>Private, distraction-free workspace</li>
<li>Ability to navigate computer systems efficiently</li>
<li>DVS will provide a computer and monitor; employees are responsible for providing a USB-wired headset</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Schedule & Training</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Training Schedule:</strong> 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST</li>
<li><strong>Regular Schedule - regular schedule set between the hours of 10:00am - 8:00pm - Monday - Friday</strong></li>
</ul>
