Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls in the call center
  • Provide outstanding, responsive, accurate customer service
  • Learn new computer systems and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment
