Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their travel experience is smooth and enjoyable. Your duties will include ticket sales, check-in, gate management, baggage handling, and flight coordination. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and supported
• Manage ticket sales, check-in, and gate operations, ensuring seamless flight coordination
• Provide baggage handling and management, ensuring timely and efficient service

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and inventories, ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 6 months of experience in airport customer service or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to learn new systems and technologies
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in English and French (spoken, written, and read)
