**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is friendly, courteous, and efficient
* Registering sales on assigned cash sign-in, handling cash, and processing transactions accurately
* Engaging customers and patients by greeting them, offering help with services and products, and resolving any issues that may arise
* Fashioning and sharing customer service best practices with all team members to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience
* Maintaining counters and shelves in a neat and organized manner, taking inventory, and ensuring that products are properly merchandised
* Implementing employer asset protection methods to prevent and minimize profit loss
* Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations concerning regulated products
* Constructing and maintaining presentations, including promotional, seasonal, and sale products
* Assisting with the separation of food products and product placement as per guidelines and strategies
* Providing customer support in the photo area, including digital passport image services, poster print, and creative device services
* Assisting with web pick-up responsibilities, including filling orders and providing orders to customers as they arrive at the store
* Assisting with outside and indoor maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store environment
* Complying with all company regulations and policies, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers
* Completing special assignments and other duties as assigned
**Essential Qualifications**
* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
* Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment
* Prefer previous work experience with blithequark
* Prefer to be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)

* Familiarity with store systems and store policies
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
