Responsibilities
Provide friendly and professional support to clients regarding travel plans and reservations
Assist with coordinating vacation packages, hotel stays, cruises, transportation, and related travel services
Research travel options and availability using approved company systems
Review booking details and travel information for accuracy and completeness
Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online messaging platforms
Help manage travel updates, schedule adjustments, and reservation-related requests
Maintain organized records of client communications and travel documentation
Participate in virtual training sessions and continuous learning opportunities
