**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service & Estimating Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Developing solutions and equipment lists for potential bulk material handling and processing opportunities by reviewing customer needs and bidding documents.
* Reviewing and analyzing bid documents and specifications submitted by customers, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements and expectations.
* Navigating and reviewing commercial terms and conditions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
* Creating conceptual layouts and equipment lists tailored to customers' specific requirements, collaborating with various teams including Outside Sales, Application, Purchasing, Engineering, and Production.
* Managing multiple detailed and fast-paced tasks simultaneously, adhering to critical deadlines, estimating equipment costs, and identifying high-risk areas, while preparing detailed quotes and spec sheets.
