**What will you be doing?**

As a Customer Service Group Lead, your primary responsibilities will include:

* **Responding to customer inquiries**: Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat, providing accurate product or service information and addressing any questions or concerns.
* **Resolving escalated customer complaints**: Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
