Job Summary: 

Handles incoming inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, resolving issues promptly to ensure great customer satisfaction. Utilizing strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities, they enhance the customer experience and contribute to the Mesa team's success.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat

Provide accurate and timely information to customers

Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

Register orders and update orders

Qualifications:

Prior customer service in the moving industry

Excellent communication skills

Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations

Strong problem-solving skills

Proficient in using customer service software and platforms preferred
