Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the front line for client support. Your primary role will be to assist clients with understanding their benefit options, answer policy-related questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. You’ll be trained to manage incoming communications, conduct virtual consultations, and maintain accurate records—all from your home office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner

    Explain insurance benefit options and answer coverage-related questions

    Assist with policy updates, claims information, and general client concerns

    Build strong relationships with clients through high-quality customer service

    Maintain and organize client documentation using our digital tools

    Conduct virtual meetings and consultations with prospective and existing clients

    Meet personal and team-based performance goals


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • No previous experience required—just a willingness to learn

    High school diploma or equivalent (college students/grads welcome)

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently

    Comfortable using technology platforms such as Zoom, email, and CRM tools

    Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

    Professional attitude, time management, and organizational skills are key
