Customer Service Rep (WFH)
About the Opportunity
For over 60 years, our organization has supported working families by providing supplemental benefit programs through partnerships with unions, associations, and member-based groups across North America and internationally. Our mission is to help individuals and families better understand the benefit options available to them, especially when traditional workplace coverage may not provide complete protection. We focus on delivering clear information, reliable support, and a professional experience from the first conversation through the completion of each application.
We believe in doing meaningful work, treating people with respect, and helping members feel confident when reviewing their available coverage options. What You’ll Do
In this role, you will connect with union members and association members who have requested information about their benefit programs. You will guide them through available options, answer questions, and help ensure all required information is reviewed and completed accurately.
Daily responsibilities include:
Managing inbound and outbound calls with members who have requested information
Scheduling and conducting virtual appointments to review benefit options
Explaining programs, eligibility, and next steps in a clear and professional manner
Assisting with forms, applications, and required documentation
Maintaining accurate digital records and ensuring completed files are reviewed properly
Participating in training, coaching, and mentorship sessions
Working closely with team members and leadership to provide consistent member support
This is a fully remote position where you will use online systems, phone communication, and video meetings to support members from start to finish. Who We’re Looking For
