Customer Service Representative

We ARE looking to hire a customer service representative to help facilitate excellent customer experience across all the services we offer to our customers both in and out of our store front.

Job Duties...
- Assist customers with the full band of services we offer with the utmost professionalism and care
- Accurately and efficiently inspect and enter clothing into POS.
- Assist customers with any inquiries that come over the phone, POS, or in person request
- Perform random tasks that may arise from time to time

Candidate Traits:
- Team player with ability to operate under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written skills, Spanish language skills are helpful

Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle outbound calls effectively
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Experience in a call center environment
- Typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
