They are seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to join their team as Customer Service Representatives, where the role involves providing professional support to customers and building loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for established customers by phone and email, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional support
  • Provide updates on orders and deliveries, resolving issues directly or partnering with other teams, carriers, and suppliers to find solutions
  • Build customer loyalty by identifying needs, offering recommendations, and promoting additional products or services when appropriate
  • Consistently meet performance standards while delivering a positive and efficient customer experience
