Green Lawn Fertilizing is the #1 locally owned and operated lawn care company in the PA, NJ and DE tri-state region. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling a high volume of phone calls, and performing general office duties.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving 100+ phone calls per day, per office associate
  • Collection Calling
  • Multi-Tasking
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Desire to learn new things
  • Strong work ethic
  • General office duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning, email, excel reports, filing…etc
  • Provide First Call Resolution and every touch point
  • Commitment to provide a 5-Star service to every Customer
