Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries
  • Make outbound calls to new leads quickly (speed-to-lead follow-up)
  • Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Handle multiple conversations and tasks at once
  • Maintain accurate data entry and job details
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
  • Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience

Skills

  • Must be located within 60 minutes of our office
  • Open to a hybrid schedule (in-office + remote)
  • Available for evenings and/or weekends as needed
  • Dependable and reliable – you show up and perform consistently
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Confident on the phone (both inbound and outbound calls)
  • Strong communication skills (must speak English proficiently)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Electrical or home services experience is a plus (not required)
