Responsibilities...
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone (inbound and outbound), email, and chat
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records through data entry
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department

-All other duties as assigned

-First week of position is IN OFFICE, the remainder of the assignment is remote.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Call center experience is helpful
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to analyze customer needs
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
