Transdev is a leader in mobility solutions, operating across the U.S. and employing a large workforce. They are hiring a Customer Service Representative to serve as a liaison for customers, providers, and clients, focusing on timely responses and accurate information.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor
  • Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures
  • Meet or exceed established performance requirements
  • Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses
  • Other duties as required

Skills

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to operate standard telephone system
  • Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
  • Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason
  • Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.)
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
