They are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Collections team, where the role involves resolving account-related inquiries and managing collection accounts while adhering to legal requirements and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and work assigned collection accounts using internal systems, including initiating outbound calls, responding to inquiries, sending correspondence, and updating account information
  • Handle inbound calls and consumer requests professionally while maintaining accurate notes and account statuses until resolution or escalation
  • Support team operations by meeting scheduling expectations, assisting with training new employees, and performing other duties as assigned

Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 – 3 years related experience and/or training
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Computer and keyboarding skills
  • Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations
  • Situation analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn new computer systems
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
