<li>Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and various communication tools.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries.</li>
<li>Flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing work environment.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>
