Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Braga, Portugal
Work model: remote
Employment type: Fixed term (6 months) with possibility of extension / permanent contract.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling technical inquiries and issues efficiently

Diagnose and resolve technical problems to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Engage with users by actively listening, educating, and providing clear and effective solutions

Build a partnership-driven support experience aligned with service quality standards

Ensure a smooth and seamless user experience across all interactions

Support the company’s mission toward the energy transition through excellent customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:
Native / fluent in French (C2) both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level

Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused mindset

Previous experience in a contact center or customer service environment preferred

Product or technical support experience considered an advantage

Interest in or basic knowledge of electric vehicle charging and sustainable energy solutions

Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex issues

Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
