Customer Service Representative I (Hybrid - Fraser, MI)
Getinge is a company dedicated to making life-saving technology accessible for more people. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for accurately responding to inquiries regarding orders, products, and pricing while providing excellent service and support to customers.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates data to determine and implement the appropriate course of action to resolve the complaint and/or coordinate service recovery
- Understands the essentials of the assigned skills and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks
- Assists the department in meeting customer needs and reaching department expectations
- Completes required training and understand how to use tools available to recall necessary information
- Documents conversations with customers according to procedure
- Follows established procedures to meet customer needs
Skills
- 1-3 years Customer Service experience
- Type 30 WPM
- Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time-management, prioritization, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work under targets and with deadline
- Positive attitude, proactive engagement and solutions seeking
- Intermediate Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
- 4-year degree preferred
- Previous experience in a heavy volume service environment (phone, email, internal communications) preferred
