Responsibilities

  • Enter customer concerns into Salesforce from email, voicemail, and online web forms
  • Research information to address DES and non-DES related client issues
  • Use critical thinking to direct concerns to the appropriate DES programs
  • Listen to and accurately transcribe voicemail messages from clients
  • Provide excellent customer service through clear communication and problem-solving
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Perform additional duties as assigned related to the position

Skills

  • Experience as a CSR
