**Job Summary**

* Job Type: Full-Time
* Salary: $15 – $20 per hour
* Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM
* Location: California

**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

* Expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
* Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
* Maintaining customer records by updating account information

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
