Customer Service Representative - Remote Opportunity ($17/hour)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls related to mortgage and insurance questions, providing top-notch service to our clients, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions regarding mortgage and insurance-related questions
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide timely solutions
- Perform data entry tasks as required

Requirements:
- Entry-level experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
Work Schedule:
The schedule for this role will be Monday through Friday, 10:30am to 7:00pm, and Saturdays, 10:00am to 2:00pm. If you work a Saturday shift, you will work four 9-hour shifts throughout the week and have either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday off.
