Customer Service Representative/Financial Services

As a Solution Center Representative, you will be a trusted point of contact for financial advisors and customers, handling inbound inquiries regarding a range of financial products and providing effective resolutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for inbound calls, addressing questions on financial products, taxes, and withdrawals
- Analyze and resolve customer issues, taking ownership to ensure a positive outcome
- Educate callers on product features and services
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with all regulatory guidelines
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales capacity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A consultative, problem-solving mindset and a professional, customer-first attitude
- Financial services experience is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field is preferred
