**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering phones and responding to voicemails in a timely and professional manner
* Working with our agency systems to manage renewal and policy alerts
* Assisting current customers with payments, policy changes, and other inquiries
* Setting up customer appointments for licensed agents to perform policy reviews
* Treating each customer contact as a cross-sell and up-sell opportunity to grow our client base and revenue
* Utilizing your skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and support
* Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and revenue goals
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to our clients
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

* A great sense of self-motivation and a willingness to take initiative
* Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up

* Bilingual Spanish is preferred, but not required
* A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
* The ability to pass a pre-employment background check

**License and Certification**
While not required, we prefer candidates who possess a Property & Casualty Insurance License and a Life & Health Insurance License. If you're willing to obtain these licenses, we'll provide the necessary training and support to help you succeed.
**Relocation**
We require our Customer Service Sales Representatives to relocate to the Gunnison County area before starting work. If you're willing to make the move, we'll provide assistance with relocation costs.
**Work Location**
As a Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll work in-person at our office in Gunnison County.
