They are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve customer issues with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound and outbound calls
- Offer exceptional customer service
- Address escalated phone calls
- Accurately answer questions and concerns from owners, vendors, and brokers
- Resolve customer issues with minimal supervision
- Update and analyze file tracking system notes
- Understand and interpret transfer documents
- Communicate status of transfer process with customer
Skills
- Minimum of one year customer service/call center experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent level of education
- Highly motivated, goal oriented
- Capable of articulating professionally to customer
- Ability to effectively manage time
- Must be able to effectively analyze and interpret data
- Possess strong reading comprehension and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven internet and computer software skills
- Basic data entry skills
- Proper note taking ability
