Childs Play Wonderschool is seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist to provide outstanding support to families throughout enrollment, registration, and program participation. This remote role focuses on answering inquiries, resolving concerns, maintaining records, and ensuring a positive family experience.
Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist families with enrollment and account-related questions
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Update customer information in company systems
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
Provide scheduling and administrative support

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
