**The Role**

As a Customer Service Tech Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical support and assistance via telephone. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Providing inbound technical support assistance for electronic lockboxes and access keys via telephone
* Multi-tasking tools and screens to perform technical support assistance in an efficient and effective manner
* Maintaining courteous and professional communication with end-users
* Determining call resolution and documenting calls appropriately
* Applying established customer satisfaction skills to resolve issues with end-users, providing a positive customer service experience

**What We're Looking For**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* 1 year of experience in a customer service role
* High School diploma or GED
* Excellent telephone skills
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and/or weekends
