We’re looking for a detail-oriented, people-loving Customer Service Travel Agent who is passionate about creating unforgettable travel experiences. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients—helping them plan, book, and manage trips while providing exceptional service from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

Assist clients with vacation planning, including cruises, resorts, tours, and custom itineraries

Provide clear, friendly communication via phone, email, and social platforms

Research destinations, pricing, promotions, and travel requirements

Manage bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel documentation

Resolve client concerns with professionalism and care

Build long-term relationships that turn travelers into repeat clients

What We’re Looking For:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently

Passion for travel and helping others

Ability to multitask and pay attention to details

Sales or hospitality experience is a plus (but not required)

Willingness to learn and stay updated on travel trends
