Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to input and analyze data
- Collect and organize information from various sources
- Transcribe information from one system to another accurately
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing and organizing documents

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or data entry role is preferred
- Proficiency in basic math skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with data collection systems and processes
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and files
