The Role

As a Customer Solutions Architect – Cloud Infrastructure, you'll guide organizations transitioning from traditional DevOps to modern platform engineering. You'll work hands-on with cloud-native technologies to design, build, and optimize IDPs using Humanitec’s Platform Orchestrator and other leading tools.

This is a remote-first role with a global remit, focused on supporting customers across Europe, Asia, and Oceania.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with customers to assess their platform and infrastructure needs

  Design and implement scalable, Kubernetes-based IDPs using Humanitec

  Troubleshoot and optimize multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)

  Work with IaC tools like Terraform, OpenTofu, and Pulumi

  Deliver expert guidance, best practices, and technical enablement

  Lead technical discussions and present solution architectures

  Collaborate with product and engineering to improve our offerings

  Represent Humanitec at industry events and community meetups

• 3+ years in Platform, DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure engineering

  Deep expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

  Hands-on experience with Kubernetes deployment and debugging

  Proficiency in IaC (Terraform, OpenTofu, Pulumi)

  Familiarity with cloud-native stacks (CI/CD, observability, networking, security)

  Strong communication and customer-facing skills

  Based in CET ±1 timezone; occasional travel
